RentFit turns safety, late-night activity, transit, quiet and amenities into a simple, renter-friendly neighborhood score so you don't gamble on a bad area.

Safety-aware neighborhood check
RentFit estimates how an area feels to actually live in, especially after dark, by combining multiple signals into one clear view:
• Late-night venue density (bars, clubs, busy hotspots)
• Visible police presence and nearby community resources
• 24-hour amenities (pharmacies, groceries, ATMs and more)
• Public transit access, including night-time options
• Overall safety estimate that works with your own judgment

See, at a glance, whether a place feels like a quiet residential block, a nightlife hub, or something in between.
Livability, not just crime stats: a safe place that's miserable to live in isn't a win. RentFit also looks at everyday livability:
• Commute times from the address to your key locations
