## What is RentFlow?

The lightweight landlord app for shared houses — not another property management platform.

RentFlow helps you track tenants, follow rent status, and split utility bills in seconds. Built for HMO / share-house / college-house landlords who still live in Excel + WhatsApp.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Track every tenant and room
• See who paid rent (and who hasn't)
• Split electricity, water, and internet — equal, by days, or custom
• Share each person's amount via WhatsApp or copy
• Log simple repairs (open / done)

WHO IT'S FOR
Shared-house landlords. Not property management companies.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Add rooms and tenants
2. Track rent status per tenant
3. Enter a bill → split → share

Utility split is the killer feature. The product is your daily landlord cockpit for one shared house.

Free: 1 home, 3 rooms, equal split.
Pro: unlimited rooms, plus By days and Custom splits.

Download RentFlow — run the house without the spreadsheet.
