Having to contact my bank to dispute charges. They say you can cancel in the app but you absolutely cannot ### 1/5 — Unable to create an account *2026-03-10, version 25.8.1* I was unable to create account. I could not get past the first page. After the first use, it’s either “maintenance”, or “hardware unavailable”. There are 4 slots/sets at the location where I usually go. I got a random charge from this company and they wouldn’t delete my card from my account. I needed to cancel my credit card and get a new one. After scanning the QR and trying to pay, the system said I have an invalid payment method. I tried to double check my card info but the edit function does not work. It says the card cannot be edited or deleted. Also, I’m positive it’s the right information. Was not able to rent a kayak. Tried customer service but they were slow to respond. Finally, the price listed online is not accurate. This feels like a scam. ### 1/5 — Double charged for extra minute *2025-07-12, version 25.6* Similar experience to what I read in other reviews. It is pretty hard to rent it right the first time you do it. We were a company of two families. One of the paid boats turned out to be not kayak but standing boat. While we were changing it and bringing all the boats to the water time was ticking. We were back from the lake and had to bring all the boats back to lockers. Time was ticking. As result, one of my boats was literally 1 min late beyond the paid time window. The other was 15 min later because of all the changing. Double charged for both of them. That’s how $50 becomes $100.
