Création des quittance automatique, gestion des glissement de paiement des locataires, enregistrement des factures et régularisation des charges automatique. La possibilité de multiples propriétaires sur des lots et immeubles ( SCI, location en nom propre…) tous ça rassemblé dans un seul écran !
