Als huurder zou je je huur niet betaald hebben terwijl het bedrag reeds 3 dagen op de rekening staat. Je krijgt na de melding zelfs geen enkele excuses. ### 1/5 — Volgen wettelijke regels niet bij indexering *2025-05-06, version 1.8.3* Indexering van de huurprijs kan enkel op de verjaardag van het contract. Zij lappen de wet aan hun laars.
