Sayang sekali, penurunan bgt sih di servicenya rentique, diajukan jadwal pengembalian sesuai aplikasi hr jumat, ditunggu2 ternyata baru dipick up senin trus lama bgt baru bisa ajukan sewa lagi, masa sampe 4 hari baru bisa ajukan sewa lagi, udah itu harus nunggu paxel katanya gak bisa sameday. Dulu sih bisa sameday. Klo service udah diperbaiki sy kasih bintang 5. Kalo gak dibenerin juga, unsubscribe aja, pindah aja ke platform sewa lain

seneng banget pake rentique karena mudah. aku personally ga suka minjem sama yang di IG via WhatsApp atau website gitu karena bisa ribet urusannya — WA lama bales, website tuh insecure aja gt. rentique harusnya bisa jadi go-to orang orang saat nyewa pakaian, tapi banyak banget kekurangannya yang bikin orang males.

2. partner kurirnya nyebelin (ini salah manajemen kurir tapi rentique harusnya bisa milih kurir yang lebih baik atau tegur sbg klien)
3. nyewa minimal 3 hari sebelum barang diterima kita, artinya mesti udah tau nyewa apa maksimal banget H-5 acara. gapapa sih tapi harusnya sistem di app kalian mendukung itu. ini sih masih bisa diklik dan tergolong available. padahal udah pake filter tanggal penyewaan.

Percuma ada CS, masa di chat balesnya baru 2 hari dan tidak menjawab pertanyaan. ditanya apa jawabnya apa. Terus udah atur schedule pick up, jadwalnya diambil antara jam 8-10 pagi, eh sampai mau magrib belum juga ada yg datang pick up. Nyesal udah langganan sebulan, pilihan bajunya juga sedikit banget.
