I have received product in worst condition. Very smelly refrigerator and washing machine shows PE error everytime I use. I requested them to take back your products irrespective of my rent but they didn’t even reply. They deducted next months rent also. My calls unanswered. WhatsApp msg left on ‘seen’ Now I am stuck with these worst 2 products and they didn’t refund my deposit and advance rent. I have reported fraud transaction in my bank too and stop Autopay. Anyone want proof please contact me I will send you all chats and product photos. It is biggest scam. They are just making fool of the people. So I believe the company needs to work on the communication with the customer.
