## What is RentMapr?

RentMapr helps renters discover homes on a map instead of scrolling through endless listing feeds.

Search around the areas that matter to you, compare nearby rents, save useful searches, and contact property owners directly. Owners can post flats, independent houses, villas, PGs, and shared-flat rooms with rent, deposit, photos, availability, and exact locality context.

What you can do:
- Explore rentals from a map-first home screen
- Compare prices across nearby localities
- Filter by rent, property type, bedrooms, furnishing, facing, parking, and availability
- Save searches and turn on alerts for matching rentals
- Favourite homes and revisit them later
- Contact owners directly from the listing
- Post and manage rental listings as an owner
- Track views, saves, contact attempts, and leads
- Report listings and manage account privacy controls

RentMapr is made for the Indian rental journey, with Indian pricing, local property types, and simple Indian English throughout the experience.
