Send it straight to your tenant. Recurring expenses Set an expense to repeat monthly or yearly. The next ones are added automatically, so you don't have to enter them over and over. Rent changes with history Schedule a new rent amount for an effective date, for example the first day of next month. The change applies on its own and the property detail keeps the full rent history. Rent review reminder (Plus) Rento reminds you of the lease anniversary so a rent review never slips by. Turn it on in Settings. Contract on the tenant (Plus) Attach the lease to the tenant as a photo or PDF and keep it always at hand. More reliable backup Your backup now also contains handover photos, receipts and contracts, meter readings and the rent history.
