You will not know , who manages your complains Really a bad experience. Owner should also be held accountable but with this app you will have no owner to speak to. I really don’t know how do they function ### 1/5 — Lotus Residency operated by zenden *2025-09-28* Extremely disappointed with Zenden PG. I vacated the PG on time, yet my security deposit has not been returned. Calls and emails go unanswered, and there is zero communication or accountability from their side. This is completely unprofessional. Beware if you’re planning to stay here—don’t expect them to honor your deposit. ### 1/5 — App doesn’t work *2025-08-03* I’ve completed my KYC but after that app is not working. The pop up is not going ### 1/5 — Unable to use the app *2025-04-25* App keeps on asking the KYC again and again even you already filled it ### 1/5 — Worst management *2025-03-21* I am the tenant of gharapna , i am staying here since last 3 months, my experience here is so worst , being female it was hectic to live here , as well as staff is too battamiz, they dont resolve issue on time instead of resolving issue they ignore the problem , such as light bill , cleaning etc etc. here u ll face a lot water issue , which they dont resolve it at all instead of resolving the issue they ll ask u adjust i mean you’re paying rent but issues are not getting resolve, specifically for female , dont choose this stay. It is not at all tenant friendly I’m continuous trying to contact the team and they are not available I have paid all my bills and they still shared me a warning mail . Don’t ever download this as a fellow tenant I’m telling this you will regret it later just like me ### 1/5 — Frauds *2024-04-23* Hi all Firstly i would like to to tell u if u are thinking to move on this pg then think ten times It is a scam they will not tell u beginning what services they are going to provide they just show off and later once u onboard here after that they will start scamming For each complaint u have to call 100 times and after that also they will not picking ur calls as well as they will not responding so u r in completely in there trap Now u are thinking to vacnt that is time they will tell u after notice period 20 to 25 days ur deposit will get deposited to ur acc And this will never happened! So u have to call them in a day again 10 times After u tired of calling them 1 month when u vacnt means 50 days that time they will giving another reasons So guys good luck if u thinking this pg ### 1/5 — Bad experience *2024-03-18* Only tenants are bound in their online agreement, not the owner, they null and void if they fall in that bracket, neither Rent OK clients return your security deposit, you have to sent them a legal notice, no spoke person will found in building, no security, Any one can come inside and go, no care taker in the building, they advertise them self so high but they are very cheap uneducated, violence with tenants, misbehave with their tenants and their customer care executive also misbehave if you could raise a concern or query with them and other building owners take responsibility of staff in fully furnished room for their service and follow-up. But Rent okay doesn’t take care. If you want a service or a follow-up you have to pay for that particular stuff like AC service. You have to pay by yourself in room and they get the money for that whole room they don’t go in authorised room. They are insane. There isn’t any option to move out of this page. Tell me how many times I have to download. Why this download page is coming as we are already login in the app. Do something about this issue. ### 1/5 — Scammers *2026-07-31* Don’t waste your money here. These people are total scammers. They will just scam your money and then stop responding to you, when you reach to them personally then they will just ignore you. It’s just an app which benefits the pg owners only but the tenets are always in loss ### 1/5 — There’s a serious User Interface bug while making payments with UPI. *2026-07-04* While making payments via UPI the call to action to make payment isn’t visible if it’s a bug or something else I don’t know but it needs to be fixed. If it’s from the payment gateway side or inside the app the issue needs to be fixed. ### 1/5 — App stuck with a download page from a long time *2026-06-27* The app is stuck in the download page. Why this download page is coming as we are already login in the app. Do something about this issue. ### 1/5 — REMOVE FROM APP STORE *2026-03-10* This app is a major way pgs use to scam people, delay in security, not paying deposit money, etc! The rentok team knows it well and supports such sham! This app should be banned from ios to teach these scammers a lesson! ### 1/5 — Bug: Stuck with ekyc screen *2026-03-03* I’ve tried updating the KYC details many times, Still its prompting for ekyc. I’ve tried reinstalling the app etc, but still the same. Devs have to work on getting it fixed. ### 1/5 — Very Disappointing & Misused by PG Management. Fraud case *2026-02-25* This application is being misused by PG/Building management to manipulate notice periods and security deposits. I informed my PG manager about my job transfer on 20th January and gave proper notice on WhatsApp as instructed by him. Later, when I tried to submit notice on the app, the app did not allow me to do so. Now the management is claiming that notice was not submitted on the 1st through the app and is refusing to refund my security deposit. The manager himself guided me on WhatsApp and said there was no issue. After that, suddenly they are changing statements. If the app does not allow tenants to submit notice properly, and later management uses this technical reason to hold deposits, then this becomes a serious concern. This platform should not allow misuse by property owners. There must be: • Proper notice submission tracking • Clear confirmation receipts • Protection for tenants against management manipulation I strongly request the app company to investigate how PG owners and building managers are using this app to delay or deny security refunds. Until tenant protection is improved, I would advise others to be very careful before staying in properties managed through this app and before making payments through it. Very disappointing experience ### 1/5 — Pg listed here doesnot give security back, need help *2026-01-16* They have fraud pg listings, same pgs with dufferent names when police gets involved , Cloud Nine 527A gurgao – sector 39, security deposit not refunded. Tenant record was hidden. Manager told me not to update RentOk. I have all proofs ### 1/5 — Bugs *2025-12-18* The app gets stuck in a check-in and eKYC cycle.
