## What is RentPayor?

RentPayor is rent collection software for landlords and property managers in Kenya, combining M-Pesa rent collection with automatic payment reconciliation.

Collect rent through M-Pesa directly to your connected bank account while RentPayor automatically reconciles confirmed payments to the correct tenant invoices.

That means you can quickly know who has paid, who has not paid, which invoice was paid, and how much rent is still outstanding—without manually matching payments against tenant records.

HOW M-PESA RENT COLLECTION WORKS

Tenants open the RentPayor app, view their rent invoice and tap Pay Now. They enter the M-Pesa number they want to pay from, receive an M-Pesa prompt, enter their PIN and complete the payment.

Once the payment is confirmed, RentPayor matches it to the correct invoice and automatically updates the tenant's balance and payment record.

RENT GOES DIRECTLY TO YOUR BANK

RentPayor does not hold landlords' or property managers' rent money. Payments made through the integrated M-Pesa collection flow are sent directly to the landlord's or property manager's connected bank account.

AUTOMATIC RENT RECONCILIATION

Instead of checking M-Pesa messages, bank records, spreadsheets or tenant messages to work out who has paid, RentPayor keeps confirmed payments connected to the appropriate rent invoices.
