Landlord switched to a different payment system months ago and ok’d deleting our accounts. Even without an account RentRedi keeps emailing me about rent they’re no longer responsible for

I’m a property owner and was appalled to just learn my tenants paid thousands of dollars in “convenience fees” and how the app’s misleading design allows for it, especially for new users. Tenants could sue me because I require them to use it, this is a liability platform, don’t use it. I’ll be filling formal complaints with regulatory agencies.
