*2019-05-17*

Program needs to be updated to add prorated rent, some tenant move-in after the 1st of the month.  The way the program is now, prorated rent shows tenant owes a balance.

Security Deposit is not Income and needs to be shown as a returnable amount, whether applied to rent at some later date or returned to tenant.
