Why can't i unsubscribe????? My card was charged and I dont want it getting charged again!!!!! **Developer response:** Hello, Your subscription can only be managed directly via your App Store / Google Play Store account settings. Rentumo does not have access to these subscriptions and cannot change, cancel, or refund them on your behalf. You can view, manage, or cancel your active subscription by following the official guides here provided by Google and Apple. Sollten mal neue Immobilien auftauchen, sind die Inserate oft abgelaufen. Thanks for your feedback! - The Rentumo Team ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Stay clear *2026-07-30* Stay clear of this app, you will not be able to cancel a subscription here as even if you cancelled on the website they will still deduct your account, and the annoying part is the website will show no active subscription but the app will be active. I am currently in that dilemma and I think it’s a fraudulent app. Beware ### 1/5 — Subscription based *2026-07-19* Absolutely appalling app. Requires you to pay a monthly subscription to look at the properties, most of which are already available on Rightmove and OnTheMarket. Not only that but you have to subscribe to even contact the agents or property owners. I would recommend everyone to not even bother with this app and stick to the main ones.
