I have my info correct and the app will not let me in. It tells me my info doesn’t match any existing portal info YET if I login on the browser with the same exact credentials it lets me in no problem. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled it and same thing so I just completely deleted the app and won’t reinstall it again, too much hassle just to pay my rent

A resident app is in the works. In the meantime, your portal is fully accessible via the web browser. Your property manager can help with any account questions!

This app doesn’t even allow home owners to log in.

It’s got potential, but there are so many features missing I just find myself getting frustrated trying to find random things or message vendors from the work order on the go that are just not there. It’s a good start, but I feel like it has so many features missing that as a PM I need on the go! Rentvine is good at launching new things and I’m hoping this app is no different. In the meantime, back to the web browser I go!

Its a functional app, but the biggest thing its missing that makes it a field tool, something I would use away from the computer, is the messaging services - text, chat and email. Otherwise, I can just wait till I’m at my desk.
