This update fixes billing problems that could make a rental look settled when it wasn't.

• A rental starting in the future now shows as Upcoming with its first payment date, instead of paid for the current month
• A move-in later this month is no longer marked overdue before the tenant arrives
• Monthly billing no longer stops after twelve months
• Charging an expense to a tenant no longer replaces that month's rent on the bill
• A move-in advance covering several months now settles each of them
• Deleting a rental frees the unit again in reports

After updating you may see bills appear for months that were missed. Those amounts were always owed — they had simply never been billed.
