## What is Renty?

Renty is the simplest way for landlords to stay on top of rent.

Built for self-managing landlords with one property or a growing portfolio, Renty replaces the spreadsheet, the notes app and the shoebox of receipts.

TRACK RENT IN SECONDS
See who has paid and who hasn't. Mark rent as paid in full or in part, with the payment method, date and a note. Weekly, fortnightly, monthly and yearly tenancies are all supported.

PROFESSIONAL RENT RECEIPTS
Create PDF rent receipts in four designs and send them to your tenant in two taps, or save them to Files. Each receipt includes your details, your tenant's details and the rent period, in your currency.

RENT DUE REMINDERS
Get a reminder before rent day, and send your tenant a polite pre-written text in one tap.

KNOW YOUR NUMBERS
A dashboard with this month's collection progress, pending and overdue rent, occupancy and portfolio value. Log expenses for each property: repairs, maintenance or your own categories.

EVERY TENANCY ORGANISED
Keep each property's tenant details, lease end date, photos and full rent history in one place.

YOUR DATA, ON EVERY PHONE
Sign in with Apple or Google and your data is backed up securely. New phone? Sign in and everything comes back, photos included.

WORKS IN YOUR CURRENCY
168 currencies, set per property. No ads, and we never sell your data.

RENTY PRO
The free plan includes one property with every feature. Renty Pro unlocks unlimited properties, billed monthly or yearly, and starts with a 2-week free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when the trial ends. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel it at any time in your App Store account settings.
