Все функции продуманы до мелочей, что делает процесс аренды машины простым и приятным. Особенно хочу отметить вкладку с рилсами – это гениальная идея! Можно заранее увидеть машину в реальности, оценить ее внешний вид и сразу узнать стоимость аренды за день. Это очень экономит время и помогает определиться с выбором. Самое удобное что мне машину привезли прям в аэропорт, четко к тому времени когда я прилетел. Отдельное спасибо Диме 🙏 Процесс прередаче машины был очень быстрым, буквально 5 минут. First things first - you can not book it from the app itself, it will require confirmation over WhatsApp. But guess what - they never get back to you. After calling customer support 6 times in a row and losing half of the day on that company, finally somebody from sales replied and asked for document to book the car. When I was told there is an insurance policy with 20% being paid in case of any accident I've asked what would be the amount, from which value? They disappeared again (for the 7th time). And after calling again and again finally they replied in WhatsApp that the car is not available (while in app it still does). Absolute disrespect towards the client and business processes are absent as a matter.
