## What is Renzoku?

Renzoku doesn't lock you out. It reminds you — right when you were about to scroll anyway — of the thing you meant to do.

Instagram, YouTube, X: the apps you open without thinking. The moment you open one, Renzoku quietly shows the habit you want to keep — "Take medicine," "Read a book," "Stretch."

Already done it? Close it and carry on. Not yet? Knock it out first. That's the whole idea.

HOW IT WORKS
- Add something you want to keep up (or just pick a template)
- Choose when you want to be reminded (morning, evening, all day...)
- Choose which apps become the cue

Open that app during that window and the reminder screen appears. Tap "Done" and the day is complete — your streak grows. Tap "In 5 minutes" and you go straight through.

- A streak count and a calendar make the days add up
- Rest Pass: earn one every 7 days; a missed day spends one automatically, so your streak stays intact
- No "you failed," no "you slacked off." A day off is just a day off
