App works flawlessly, no issues with it running in the background or anything around bluetooth connectivity. Just please please please add Fahrenheit measurements for temperature

The smart options are quite amazing. Registering the device was super easy but the only major drawback that costed a star was the fact they don’t have an option to switch the degrees to Fahrenheit. I would’ve assumed because the app makes you select the region of the world you’re in, it would know that the United States uses Fahrenheit for degrees instead of Celsius. That is not the case sadly. Developers - please add the option for Fahrenheit to the app as soon as possible.

The app is simple and straightforward for my Sony REON Pocket Pro Plus. However, I do not see any option to change from Celsius to Fahrenheit. If Sony can update the app it will be 5 stars easy.

レオンポケット　プロを外部モバイルバッテリーを繋いで強冷で使用中。

アプリについてはバッテリー残量が出ればいいのではないでしょうか？

あと本体が、フィルターレスのため、本体に埃が詰まる。
フィルターをオプションでいいから作って欲しいです。

アプリの使い勝手は概ね良いですが、レオンポケット本体の電池残量が4段階表示しかないのは少し不便に感じます。より正確に管理できるよう、パーセント表示に対応してほしいです。
冷却性能については個人差があると思いますが、自分はしっかり冷えている感覚があり、夏場の外出時にはかなり助かっています。今後のアップデートに期待しています！

日によってREON POCKET PROとREON POCKET 5を使い分けしようと思ったが、アプリが１台しか登録出来ずいちいち接続解除→接続しなければならないのが手間アプリで切り替えできるようにして欲しい。

要望①複数台持ちの切り替えをスムーズにしてほしい。
reon pocket5とproの2台持ちである。暑い時期は冷却が強いためか、5時間くらいでproのバッテリーがなくなり5に切り替えて使っているため、ほぼ毎日、２台利用している。
複数台にアプリが対応しておらず、毎回接続しなおしている。
【補足】
5を使っている状態で帰宅し、充電をして、次の日の朝、proを接続しようとすると、5が接続されてしまい、接続を解除してからproに接続しなおしている。このとき、近くに5があると、アプリで「proに接続する」を選択しても、なぜか5が接続されてしまう。proのBluetooth接続用のボタンを押さないと、「5を解除」→「proを接続」を何回も実行して、ようやくproが接続される。
朝のいそがしいときに、この操作がとても煩わしい。

要望②本体とアプリの接続が切れたら、アプリが通知してほしい。
タグを使って温度調整をしているため、外気温が適温だと認識されたから動作してないのか、バッテリーがないから動作してないのか、わかりにくい。何かに集中していると、バッテリーがないことに気づかずに付けていることがしばしばある。
本体のバッテリーがなくなったら通知してほしい(本体とアプリの接続が切れたら通知でもよい)。

wangさんと同意見です。iPod touchとiPadで2台をそれぞれ関連付けていましたがたまに入れ子で使うときオートじゃ使えないのでマニュアルに変えたくとも「戻る」ボタンも「キャンセル」ボタンもないので結局使えない。

1日に2〜3回、このアプリを立ち上げてReon Pocket本体の電池残量を確認しただけなのに、iPhoneのバッテリを食いまくる。
アプリが常時裏で何かやってるのか、単なるバグなのか、それともこれが仕様なのか知りたい

The app is not the most user friendly but it does the job. Had an app notification in Japanese. Expect a bit better from a company like Sony. 3.5 out of 5.

デスクワークでは重宝しています。
社内エアコンの設定温度を個人に合わすことが出来ないため、夏期昼過ぎからは特に暑さにやられ意識が朦朧としていました。
ﾚｵﾝﾎﾟｹｯﾄを着用することで改善、能率が上がりました。

sensing device併用で利用しているrnp-4tですが、本アプリで操作して常にcool動作するようにしたいのだが、27℃ほどある気温下でwarm動作に切り替わったりするのが気に入らない。
温度、湿度、バッテリー残量が分かることはありがたい。

Absolute game changer. I have every neck fan and handheld portable fans. Reon is incredible no noise and it heats as well as cool. I have both the reon 6 and also the pocket pro please only purchase the pocket pro if you’re looking for cooling. The reon 6 is small and easier to control and if you’re just using the reon for heating go with the 6 but the reon pocket pro is worn daily for 6 hours.

映画館などファンの音が憚られるからすぐにオフにしようって時にTipsの表示（しかも充電の仕方とか心底どーでもいい内容）とか画面いっぱいにご丁寧に画像付きで余計な表示（これも容量食う一因？）が頻繁に出てくるようになって操作の著しい邪魔。こーゆーの出せば「何これすごーい」とパリピは喜ぶのかも知れないが小さな親切大きなお世話とにかくウザい

バックグラウンドでの通信電力消費が多いと思います。
REON POCKETがoffの場合には　通信をしない等の対策とれませんか？
ユーザーとしては　アプリのバックグラウンド動作を切らねばならない為　面倒ですね。

購入時は正常だったが途中からエラー表示が常時表示される為、一度アプリを削除して再インストールをしたら開くをタップしてもディスプレイにアイコンが表示されなくなり、その都度ダウンロード画面の開くをタップしてアプリを開かねばならず使い勝手が悪くなったので解決策のサポートをお願いします。

1台につき1台のデバイスしか登録できないらしいのはiPadと使い分けている自分にとって非常に不便。
これは製品の仕様なら仕方がないとしても

一応Apple Watch‎用のアプリがあるが、これはタグの気温と湿度を表示するだけの機能しかない？
最低でもバッテリー残量くらい表示してくれないとなんの意味もないように思う

iPhoneからしか制御出来ないのならせめてウィジェット対応してくれないとちょっと…

You might want to consider adding the option to switch the temperature reading in the app to Fahrenheit now that you’re bringing the devices to the United States. You know, F = 1.8 C + 32 and all that.

国産メーカーのネッククーラーは少数で今までは主流の中国メーカーのモノを使ってました。近年、リチウム電池の爆発やらこの手の製品には本当に注意が必要で 安心安全設計の国内メーカーの製品を探してたところ
この製品に辿り着きました。SONYは昔から好きなブランドなので
様々なレビューを観て検討。ネガティブなレビューも有りましたが私は概ね満足です。形状も私の身体に合ってるのか 他の方のレビューに有る様に身体にフィットせず浮いてしまうとか全く有りません。SONYはワクワクする様な夢の有る商品を世に送り出して来た偉大なブランドなので今後にも期待してます。

到着したのが5/30。奈良は涼しくて、使用感はイマイチわかんなかったですが、6月に入り、気温上昇。主にウォーキング時に使っていますが、快適です。シリコンカバーとケースも同時購入で、どちらも使い勝手がいいです。
この感じだと、お値段的にはお買い得に思いました。
ただ、マイSONYで、製品登録がどうしてもできません。
SONYストアで買ったのに。それだけが不満かな。

私服やジャケットにも使えるし、作業の時は空調服（風冷）とセットで使用したり有線でバッテリーに繋ぐと5+で使用が可能となり、かなり重宝してます。妻にも買いました。次回作も楽しみにしています。

They need to update this app with the ability to display temperature in degrees Fahrenheit.   I’m not water, and as such the Celsius temperature scale lacks precision in the temperature ranges I’m concerned with.

Overall the app does what is required.  The only thing I wish it had the option to show temperature readings and settings in Fahrenheit, now that the Reon is officially sold in the US.  Yes, the ROW uses a better solution Celsius, but that’s what we are stuck with here.
