## What is Reor?

Want to change paths, or need to find your own? It’s normal, it’s common, and you don’t have to go through it alone.

Reor was born from a simple observation: when you’re figuring out or rethinking your career path, you often find yourself overwhelmed by information, with no one to tell you where to start. So we built the guide we wish we’d had.

Reor doesn’t tell you what to do. It’s a compass, not a GPS: we shed light on possible directions, and you’re the one who chooses.

How Reor supports you:
• Step by step: short, handwritten guides that take you step by step so you never feel overwhelmed by a wall of information
• From student to student: practical advice based on real experiences, without jargon or judgment
• Voices that speak to you: podcast testimonials from people who’ve been there, available to listen to even offline
• Practical guidance: each guide ends with resources and realistic actions you can take right away
• At your own pace: quizzes to reinforce the essentials and progress tracking to see how far you’ve come
• Jean, Reor’s octopus, cheers you on throughout your journey

Career guidance, changing paths, bridge programs, studying abroad, resumes, cover letters, interviews: we bring clarity, confidence, and courage where there was once doubt.

Your journey isn’t a Plan B. Your detours are a strength.

Reor is free and available in French and English. The app displays ads (which are not personalized by default) and contains no in-app purchases.

Set your sights on a future that’s right for you.

This project would not have been possible without Amandine and Shakti, Reor's other two co-founders.
