REOSLABS is a secure, builder-branded community operating system designed for modern residential and commercial communities. The platform enables residents, society committees, guards, concierge staff, and property administrators to manage daily community operations through one connected ecosystem. Residents can manage visitor approvals, access notices and announcements, book amenities, track maintenance records, receive society updates, raise concierge requests, and stay connected with their community through a centralized mobile experience. Security staff can manage gate operations including visitor entries, delivery management, worker tracking, and society work updates in real time. Committee and management members can manage notices, events, polls, amenity operations, resident approvals, and community workflows through role-based access controls. REOS supports a multi-tenant builder-branded architecture. Users initially download REOS from the app store and then connect to their specific builder or community using a tenant ID or onboarding QR code. Once connected, the in-app branding, logos, colors, and community configuration are customized for that specific builder or property ecosystem. You get a clear month by month ledger and can export everything to Excel or PDF whenever you need it. Events, Reimagined Events now feel like proper event pages. Add multiple photos and documents when you create one, drop in a location link so residents can open Google Maps for off site venues, and tap any event to see the full details with a swipeable photo gallery, the complete description, and all attached documents. The event cards in the list are cleaner and simpler too. Smarter Visitor and Gate Management Delivery visitors now show which platform they are from, like Swiggy, Zomato, or Amazon, along with the platform logo. The guard's notes on a visitor now reach the resident's approval screen, and if a resident approves someone by mistake they can flag it as a Wrong Entry, which alerts the guard instantly. When the guard logs a vehicle number, it now appears right on the incoming visitor screen. Visitors are automatically marked as exited at the end of the day so gate logs stay clean, guard logs sync across devices on their own, and you can filter visitor passes by purpose. Photos, Everywhere Tap any photo across the app to view it full screen. Concierge requests can now include photo attachments, and community chat now supports documents, not just images. Read More Long descriptions, like agency listings, expense notes, and concierge requests, now expand with a Read more option instead of getting cut off. Behind the Scenes Incoming call notifications are more reliable on iOS, file uploads are tighter and more secure with each society's files kept properly separate, and there is general polish and plenty of bug fixes across expenses, concierge, and events. ### 2.0.3 — 2026-07-28 We've added new tools for committee members, multi-language support for guards, and a fresh new look this update. NEW Vehicle Registration Management for committee members: chairman, secretary, treasurer, and estate managers can now browse by block and view vehicle registration details for each unit. Guard app now supports English, Hindi, and Gujarati, with a language switcher on the guard profile. REDESIGNED New REOSLABS brand identity, including a new app icon and refreshed sign-in screen. Guard visitor entry and worker registration are now simpler, step-by-step flows instead of long forms. IMPROVED Faster, smaller photo uploads with no visible loss in quality. Various bug fixes and performance improvements. ### 1.0.10 — 2026-07-24 We've added new roles and management tools this update, along with several improvements. NEW Estate Manager role: societies can now bring on non-resident staff with configurable access to specific management features. Committee members can now be granted access to specific management features by the chairman, secretary, or treasurer, without needing full admin rights. Society Rulebook: view your community's rules and regulations right in the app. Parking & Vehicle Management: register your vehicles and look up any vehicle by plate number. IMPROVED Event and amenity payments now show clear status (pending, confirmed, or rejected), with a dedicated view for organizers to track who's paid. Notices, events, and other lists now stay up to date without needing to restart the app. General stability and bug fixes. ### 1.0.8 — 2026-07-16 We made some real changes this update, especially to how visitor approvals work. Here's everything new. VISITOR & SECURITY Visitor approvals now come in as a full screen call, just like a phone ringing. It works even if your phone is locked or the app is closed. Tap to approve or deny right away. You can now see which family member approved or denied a visitor, along with a clear confirmation once the decision is made. Fixed an issue where notifications stayed on screen even after a visitor request was already handled. Guard decision alerts now clearly show who approved or denied each entry. NOTICES & COMMUNITY You can now attach a PDF or photo to a notice. Residents can open the PDF or view the photo right inside the app. Long notices no longer get cut off. Tap "Read more" to expand them. Tapping a community post or chat notification now takes you straight to that post or conversation. ACCOUNT & FAMILY "Household" is now called "Family Members" for clarity. You can delete your account directly from within the app. QR codes for your community and visitor pass now share as proper images instead of a file that won't open. WORKERS & SOCIETY Added a worker attendance log with day by day tracking and the ability to move between months. Society wide workers are now visible alongside your own household staff. Added a new Agencies directory for approved service providers. PAYMENTS You can now pay for society events and amenities right in the app through Razorpay, with committee approval as part of the process. Unpaid amenity bookings now expire automatically instead of holding your slot forever. APP EXPERIENCE Added a prompt letting you know when a new version is available, with a direct link to update. Fixed the rating prompt so it now links to the actual App Store page. Phone number and privacy policy details now display correctly.
