## What is Rep x Reset?

Rep x Reset counts your reps and starts your rest timer for you.

Prop your iPhone where it can see you, start your set, and move naturally. Rep x Reset uses on-device camera processing to follow your repeated movement and count each rep. When your movement stops, the rest countdown starts automatically. When rest is over, the app lets you know—so you don’t have to touch your phone between sets.

That’s the whole idea. Finishing a set, picking up your phone, logging it, and starting a timer is how a two-minute rest can turn into seven. Rep x Reset starts the timer for you, so your phone stays propped up and out of your hands.

PRIVACY, PLAINLY

Camera processing happens on your iPhone. The live camera feed is used to count repeated movement and is never recorded, stored, or uploaded. No account or sign-up is required.

WHAT IT ISN’T

Rep x Reset is not a workout planner, exercise library, medical device, form coach, or injury-risk assessment. It counts one repeated movement per set and helps you keep your rest honest.
