A repair starts at the counter, before the first tool touches the instrument. Repair Intake Pro helps luthiers and instrument repair shops preserve what arrived, what the customer confirmed, and what changed later in one focused Intake Evidence Packet.

Built for guitar, violin, band, and orchestral instrument workflows:
- Photograph the instrument and record visible condition at intake
- Check in cases, bows, cables, mouthpieces, and other accessories
- Capture customer confirmation with a typed name and date and time; a signature is optional
- Finalize the intake packet so the original record cannot be edited
- Add a reasoned correction as a separate entry while keeping the original visible
- Prepare an estimate PDF from the same repair job
- Create a completion handoff PDF for pickup records

The locked packet and separated correction history reduce ambiguity inside the shop without turning intake into a generic property check-in form. Each job keeps the instrument, customer, intake details, estimate, and handoff documents connected.
