## What is Repair Shop Dispatch?

Repair Shop Dispatch runs a truck and trailer repair shop: the board, the mechanics, the parts and the invoices, all in one place.

FOR THE OFFICE
• A live board of every bay: who's on what, how long it's taken, what's next in the queue
• Work orders with complaints, diagnosis, work items, photos before and after
• A parts desk: what mechanics asked for, what's ordered, what just arrived
• Estimates and invoices with labor, parts, shop supplies and sales tax
• Fleet records with PM schedules, DOT inspection and registration due dates
• Reports: mechanic efficiency, profit, sales tax

FOR MECHANICS
• Clock in and out from the phone
• See today's jobs, start the timer, mark the work ready
• Ask for parts, take photos, message the office

PUSH NOTIFICATIONS
• New work assigned to you
• Your part arrived
• A message from the office or a mechanic
• A new truck or trailer in the queue

For your customers' dispatchers: send trucks in and follow every repair without calling.

Repair Shop Dispatch is for shops that have an account. A shop signs up at repairshopdispatch.com; everyone then signs in here with the email and password the shop gave them.
