It would be great to hand out the iPad to customers so they can self check in while we help another customer. **Developer response:** Thanks for the feedback! Luego utilicé un sistema web que me resultaba muy incómodo y funcionaba en un dispositivo a la vez. Luego de conocer Repair Spots dejé de buscar más opciones para gestionar mi tienda de Servicio Técnico. Es dinámico, muy organizado, funciona en varios dispositivos a la vez lo cual es útil para mis empleados, mis clientes pueden usar la app para chequear en vivo sus dispositivos ingresados para reparación. No existe una app más completa en toda la App Store, no sigan buscando. Bonus: El desarrollador siempre envía updates todas las semanas lo cual es genial porque siempre hay una nueva característica en cada versión. The app appears to have changed a lot since I last looked at it. Although the app wasn’t for me a year ago, I’d be interested in trying it out to see if the added features make this software worth the price I would need to pay. If so the app would be a great value. I’m giving it 5stars on customer service. Currently though my store requires to many features for this software (I guess???) in its current rendition. This app is great for a small store and maybe a bigger store. In the apps defense we run an outdoor power equipment store and were trying to make the app stretch beyond its intended purpose. Certainly not the apps fault. Again, can’t say enough about the apps owner/developer Raymond. Stand up guy who has reached out personally via email and phone.
