We appreciate your feedback and look forward to assisting you. ### 1/5 — Unable to pair *2023-03-27* Not sure what I am doing wrong followed in app instructions and even watched a video but phone is unable to hold a paired connection. I go to Bluetooth settings and I select CarScan56, it connects to it through the settings menu but as soon as I go back to the “pro” app the screen never changes from the spinning gear icon. I have also tried it by not leaving the app and waiting five minutes for it to connect “automatically”, same issue. ### 1/5 — Continuously frozen *2020-06-12* The app seems frozen and won’t even open. We are available Monday-Saturday 6 am-6 pm PST. ### 1/5 — Not registered *2019-08-18* The app insisted I owned a shop but it would not take my postal code for the shop address no matter what I wrote. Maybe the app knew I don’t have a shop. It was enough headache that the app is deleted and I’ll find an app that does work. ### 2/5 — Pairing with the sds43 tool useless *2023-09-04* It took forever and a day to actual connect the tool to wifi trough the app. After pairing, no reports available . But i think repair solution 2 is much better app and information and top fixes is very helpful. And the new sds50 and sds43 scanner should should be able to use repair solution 2 app instead of pro app or both. I like how it was easy to link to the app and was able to see all my reports in the app . To connect the tool to the app you would need to connect the tool to Wi-Fi and the app will automatically connect the tool to the app . ### 5/5 — Amazing *2021-08-25* The only useful app on my phone.
