## What is RepAlarm?

Your alarm goes off. You do your reps. That's the deal.

RepAlarm is the alarm clock that gets you out of bed AND gets your blood pumping. When it rings, the only way to truly silence it is to complete your morning exercises — counted automatically by your iPhone.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Set your wake-up time and pick your exercise: squats, push-ups, or jumping jacks.
2. When the alarm fires, open RepAlarm and do your reps. Your iPhone counts them — squats and jumping jacks with motion sensing, push-ups with the proximity sensor (nose to screen!).
3. Dismiss the alarm without doing your reps? It comes back. Again. Do the work and it stays quiet.
