This is a total joke. It’s clear they paid huge ad dollars across social platforms to revive the Slate 2, and did not make enough info transparent and available. Bought an iPad and a laptop for this, neither of them will pair with the slate despite every troubleshooting attempt. Had to download the app on my phone for this gift and it’s glitchy as all get out. The app and the device are underwhelming, and it’s 2019, being advertised as new and improved, but clearly the rest of the reviews are years old. Misleading at best.

Ich habe meine App schon seit längerem nicht mehr aktualisiert (verantwortungslos, ich weiß), aber die alte Version schien trotzdem immer zu funktionieren. Seit dem neusten Update lässt sich die App gar nicht mehr öffnen, was irgendwie enttäuschend ist, weil ich damit gar keine Verwendung für meine Slate 2+ mehr habe. Laut Beschreibung dürfte es nicht an meinem Betriebssystem liegen und die Support-Seite lässt sich auch nicht öffnen.

Just cannot get the slate to connect to any phones through this app - we’ve tried Androids and IPhones and the app just does not pick up the slate. 
Only managed to connect via usb to the laptop, which is completely useless for the purpose it was bought.

I just received my kit in the mail today. I went all in with buying extra rings, assuming I’d be able to also draw with both hands as I do. Was going to take it into the lab for some work that we are doing with cross-disciplinary and well… it looks like I’ll be returning everything. But, I’ll be doing an online demo and review to share an honest review because the demos are a bit deceiving.

As an traditional artist at a young age, i was really excited to try this! I got the app, and the connected was fine. My problem is with the pencil tracking. Its horrific. None of my drawings look like they do on paper. Either their thinner or just completely off track. Would not recommend!

I was super excited to get this so that I could finally get a device that could let me draw traditionally while making it also digital for a low price. I used it for the first time and it seemed good at first, then it got glitchy. I made a cute little cartoon girl and was ready to put a mouth. Then, it happened. The mouth was out of the line of her face on the screen! This happened several times but each a different part of my drawing. On top of that, theres not that many options of which color or drawing item you want to use.

I do not recommend wasting your money on this app.

The other reviews are absolutely spot on - it is like paint but worse. The iskn Repaper tablet has the potential to be amazing, but the app is absolutely terrible - to the point that I am tempted to sell the tablet.

Yeah.. I was hoping it’d let me use this on different applications since their repaper app is horrible, but no. You can only use it on different apps if you’re using a computer, that of which I don’t have. It’s fine everywhere else I guess. PLEASE REPAPER make this applicable to other apps on phone

Thankfully I got this as a present from someone else, because I’m not really a fan. The slate has a lot of potential, and it’s a really cool idea, but it desperately needs some refinement. The apps mechanics are messy, the lines that you try to make are very wobbly and uneven, it’s hard to make the paper stay in place, you can only make five layers, and the fact that your pencil also shows up on your screen is very distracting.

• the slate makes my iPad heat up within seconds
• the line art never turns out smooth, so matter how neat and slow I am
• you can only have five layers
• there’s only 7 tools, two of which shows a giant pen that covers your drawing
• you can’t merge layers
This product is just horrible.

As a traditional artist, i was excited when i saw this, as there was finally something affordable that would help me turn my paper drawings into digital art. i was SO wrong. this company won’t even refund me after emailing several times. i want some compensation because of how dissatisfied i am with the quality of this product. i wouldn’t pay even $20 for this, much less $100. if you are working with slate, please give me an alternate email i can use so i can at least be refunded. this tablet really has potential, i’m disappointed.

It’s like paint on the computer except wit paint there’s so much more to do. BIG tip make it so you can use it with other apps and not just your rubbish one, I can’t believe I paid £100 for this tablet to only be able to use it on this app.

I think some people are confused on how to connect it and not gonna lie. I was too, but then I realized that after you turn it on, you have to hold down the power button again for a short amount of time so basically you hold it down to turn it on like to turn it to connection mode then it will connect. I find this to be a great app and the tablet it comes with is amazing amazing quality all of one thing that I would change about the tablet if I had to is that whenever it’s done charging it shows a green light instead of just the standard yellow one, but I understand I mean they already made it so then whenever it’s done charging the light turns off, which I find to be pretty cool but overall great tools, great and if the up and the tools, the whole company just has their own style. If there are more stars, I could read it. I would I would write this 10 out of 10 I think overall underrated app and tool. I think people are just confused. on how to use it overall five stars.

Liebes Team, ich habe das Slate 2 zu Weihnachten bekommen und finde es super.
Allerdings gibt es öfters (ohne Störfelder o.ä) Verbindungsprobleme unterm zeichnen und beim wieder starten ist die weitere Zeichnung versetzt von der „Urzeichnung“ 
Wäre super wenn das behoben wird. 
Sonst bin ich zufrieden.

Whenever I open the app, I keep getting stuck on the initial “Dear User, we care about your data on Imagink” screen.
I am using an iPhone 5s with iOS 12.1 installed, I do not see a “back” or “accept” button anywhere on that screen, please implement it. Last time I checked, iPhones don’t have a back button like other phones do.

And since than it didn’t work  (still crashes and won’t work) 
Is there a way to fix it? No matter what I do (delete/ reinstalling/restart the phone/deleting other apps and making more space on the phone, none of that help.. the still crashes none stop... 
Is there a way to make it work??
