Whenever I press draw on paper and device it shows a little instruction manual about how to use the pencil with a ring on it and then whenever I try to press the got it button it logs me out of the app. This happens whenever I click on the app, so laggy; DO NOT RECOMMEND, THE SLATE IS A SCAM!!!!! ‼️⚠️ ### 2/5 — Was a great App, waiting on an update *2019-04-19, version 5.26* Was an amazing app, the time lapse feature was my favorite. However, now when ever I go to open it, it continues to crash. It seems other people are having the same issue. It's rare when the device actually processes a whole image. Donc impossible d'utiliser une application tiers comme Procreate ou Sketchbook si vous n'êtes pas sur Mac ou Pc, autrement dit tout sauf sur un appareil mobile ! En mobile vous êtes donc condamné à utiliser l'application Repaper Studio qui est basique, très lente, qui rame et plante sans cesse, avec perte de votre travail quand il n'est pas tout simplement impossible de se connecter via Bluetooth, sans raison visible ou valable. C'est une grosse bouse, de la crotte, nulle. À fuir absolument, ne dépensez pas un centime dans ce système inutile. ### 1/5 — Very unreliable *2020-03-22, version 11.1.10* I love my Slate, it’s brilliant, and I really wanted to love the app as well, but it’s so glitchy and unreliable. It stops working then crashes. Also this app kills any music playing via another app in the background on the iPad. ### 1/5 — Iskn, Imagink, and the slate *2019-07-05, version 5.27* Iskn is just a sad set of uncaring people, who see themselves as the center of a universe on to them self’s. Thinking of themselves first and customers as a secondary thing. They respond when they have time for your bothersome problems if at all. Writing you off as stupid or just a sucker who got the slate. Imagink is an app that sometimes work and mostly annoying as it sometimes connects to you iPad and sometimes works. But if you really need it it may just fail you. The slate would be a good tool if the developers took the time to fix the many problems people have connecting to the app and the few in the slate, it will connect to your computer with usb but the cable will be a pain to keep out of the way. Over all if I could get my money back from the slate I would. Consider and iPad Pro with pen you might not have to read reviews like this one. Or worse you might not have to post one like this. ### 1/5 — Not mad just disappointed *2019-06-22, version 5.27* Here are my reasons. 1.) It disconnects all the time. 2.) Does not track well. 3.) The app crashed when I was half way done with a sketch that was already confusing enough with the bad tracking. 4.) I might be a little mad. ### 1/5 — Won’t Load *2019-02-15, version 5.19.0* I just downloaded the app and tried opening it, IT WILL NOT LOAD. I start to see a sort of start up screen and then poof the app crashes. It often takes several attempts for the app to not crash before we get to drawing. As soon as you start drawing it closes and takes my iPad back to it's home screen. Great idea but until he app is fixed the slate is just a compact lap board. Too bad you can't see these ratings before you purchase the slate. C'est hyper pratique, je complète généralement avec un peu de procreate si je veux un rendu plus digital et c'est bon ! Je conseille vraiment pour ceux qui comme moi préfèrent le traditionnel mais veulent se lancer dans un peu de digital ! ### 5/5 — So cool *2020-03-04, version 11.1.10* The app works perfectly and reproduces instantly the drawings I’m doing with my pencil. I want to add some digital finishing touches, but whenever I do anything for more then 4 seconds it completely lags out and stops working.
