Your books, and the miles you drive to fill them. • Revenue — your accounting workspace, now on every paid plan. Raise branded invoices, reconcile the bank, and prepare your year-end Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet without leaving RepBud. • Scan a receipt with your phone. RepBud reads the merchant, date and total, and you can split one receipt across several clients — that shared lunch finally lands on the right books. • Live mileage tracking. Start a trip and RepBud measures the distance while you drive, even with your phone in your pocket, then turns it into a mileage claim at HMRC or SARS rates. Tracking runs only while a trip is running, and stops the moment you tap Stop. • Reconnect — host meetings and webinars with your trade partners, straight from RepBud. • The Lantern is sharper: it no longer mixes up contacts from different companies, you can correct a match yourself, and it recognises notes from RepBud meetings. • Plus a long list of fixes across the Brief, Companies, Clients and social posts — and deleting your account now removes your data properly. WHY THIS BUILD USES BACKGROUND LOCATION RepBud is a CRM for travel-industry sales reps, who drive to client sites and claim the mileage against tax. "Track mileage" (More > Revenue > Track mileage) records the distance of a trip the user starts explicitly, so it can be turned into a mileage claim at the official HMRC / SARS rates. Background location is required because the phone is in a pocket or on a dash mount for the length of the drive; a foreground-only measurement would stop recording the moment the screen locks and the claim would be wrong. Location is collected ONLY between the user tapping "Agree and start tracking" and tapping "Stop". It is not collected at any other time, it is not used for advertising, and it is not shared with third parties. iOS shows the blue background-location indicator throughout (showsBackgroundLocationIndicator is enabled). HOW TO TEST BACKGROUND LOCATION 1. Sign in with the demo account. 2. More > Revenue > Track mileage. 3. Choose a company and vehicle, tap "Start trip". 4. A disclosure screen explains what is collected; tap "Agree and start tracking" and allow location. 5. Background the app and simulate movement (Xcode > Debug > Simulate Location, or walk/drive a short distance). The distance increases. 6. Return to the app and tap "Stop & review" — the trip is priced at the mileage rate and saved to the user's books. CAMERA The camera is used for two things: capturing a business card (existing), and photographing a receipt so an expense can be logged in Revenue (new in this build). The purpose string has been updated to cover both. REVENUE AND RECONNECT Both are RepBud features rendered in an embedded web view on our own domains (revenue.repbud.app, reconnect.repbud.app), signed in with the same account — they are not external browsers or third-party services. ACCOUNT DELETION Profile > Delete Account removes the account and its data (Guideline 5.1.1(v)).
