Also your previous pins from another app won’t port over the same outcomes so keep that in mind. I installed this app to manage prospects for my small business. I entered new contacts for about 10 days and appreciated the interface and ability to keep up with new prospects. However, the system began converting all my 2500 contacts into prospects completely blocking me from being able to use the system. I could not find new entries and lost track of all my recent entries. The app is unusable. Perhaps I missed a box limiting the conversion of all contacts but if not corrected I will delete and look for another solution! **Developer response:** We’re really sorry you ran into this. At first it was just an okay business card app… And now, it is literally the best canvassing app that your team can have. D2D sales teams want and need canvassing software. Prospects want business cards. Repcard exceptionally satisfies reps, while also being an engaging business card. Can’t recommend enough. ### 5/5 — New Favorite App *2025-11-20, version 6.0.2* Started using rep card a little over a month ago and having a great experience, storing leads transitioning customers customizing everything. It integrates with my iPhone and Google calendar. Seems user-friendly for my prospects and customers as well. Bottom barrel of the CRM apps used by companies. I would not recommend! ### 1/5 — Worst Company *2025-06-29, version 5.8.4* I cancelled my subscription over four months ago and they still keep billing me. I have reported them to the App Store multiple times but still no luck. I used it for cold call customers. It sent my information to the customer and gathered their name and address when I was at their door. It started losing the name and number and stopped adding the location. Tech Support was not able to rectify the problem forcing me to cancel ### 1/5 — Horrible Customer Service!! *2023-10-10* I had the premium plan so my credit card was on file. My card was stolen so I canceled the card. I also canceled the premium subscription but kept receiving harassing emails that my card was denied. Finally after 5 emails requesting them to cancel I complained and I received an email back telling me how I should and should not talk to their team. They didn’t like what I said after 5 attempts of telling them politely to cancel my subscription politely. After I was direct, blunt and rude they finally canceled my subscription. After all that they continued to send me emails about how rude I was. Very unprofessional and childish. I finally just blocked their support team and deleted the app. No apology for them disregarding my request to cancel. I will never use or recommend this service. Horrible Customer Skills when you try to cancel!! They will send you emails after you put a review in that they Dont agree with. Ridiculous. ### 2/5 — Issues with address mapping. *2026-07-21, version 6.4.5* I don’t know if this is a bug or not but whenever I check the address for my appts. The address is always on the other side of the planet according to maps. This new update brought so many bugs that complicate work flow and efficiency. Again just my opinion. ### 2/5 — Hidden prices *2025-03-14, version 5.6.8* You can individually purchase this for $129 annually , but somehow if you add more users for a team, it becomes $40-50 a month ridiculous so your incentive is not to add anybody I’ll give the fact that the app is pretty well set up. It has some minor things that needs working on but at this point what incentivize you to want to keep the app for a team they’re just gonna charge you more for teams. I’ll share my rating across the web what a waste of time. Always a pump in my heart and mind when it’s shows me real time customer response when acquiring info on my RepCard businesses link. Easy streamline solution. Makes all the extra not so extra…it fits right into the scheduler that it keeps. And it keeps it well. These others platforms are good for those who know it but you don’t know what you don’t know haha. This app teaches me how to be a productive and a consistent rep and keeps my background work going with or without me. Appointments are met and follow-ups are a daydream as I check my notifications and yes, there they are, new up to date and synchronized production milestones that keep references in contact and leading my customers along literally by hand with this tool. No over knocking in my buds territory and can share so if my pal has to be somewhere I can pick up where them left off and be that helping hand when he needs assistance. Disposition list is right on for what I need, easy to depict and adjustable at any time. I love this extension of myself and then the way I hold myself, confidence is at a new high. I’m sure in what I say because this was designed by the feet on the ground. This product,tool, helping hand, a whole new world of possibilities… W/e you call it is in reach because you only know what you know and I know RepCard. Æ 🎶 for me, as a job well done to you. Superb, outstanding. Should be modeled after. The industry didn’t for the knockers. They want more and withhold and do not invest back in to the product/tool they push, just more push. RepCard pulls you through the year for less because they have played the tape through. They know what works. They invest in what they believe in. They are Us. Great stuff! Well worth the annual subscription fee.
