## What is RepCloud?

RepCloud is the iPhone workspace for sales representatives and teams using RepCloud CRM. It brings customer work, communication, selling, territory coverage, reporting, and files together in one permission-aware mobile app.

Key features:
- Restore your authorized RepCloud workspace through secure Account Center sign-in.
- Work with multiple Workspace Mail accounts, folders, search, drafts, attachments, and offline queues.
- Find permitted customers and contacts, view activity and files, call, email, get directions, and start field work.
- Create and edit orders and estimates using server-enforced customer pricing, discounts, inventory, lifecycle rules, and official CRM documents.
- Browse products, promotions, images, specifications, pricing, and inventory; scan supported UPC and EAN codes.
- Use Territory for customer, lead, and authorized managed-location map layers.
- Complete field reports with customers or leads, attendees, products, photos, location, protected drafts, offline queueing, and idempotent submission.
- Scan a business card on-device, review extracted fields, match safely, and create or update an authorized CRM record.
- Share a personal RepCloud QR business card with photo, title, call, text, email, website, social links, vCard download, optional contact exchange, and instant disabling.
- Open Calendar, Tasks, Reports, RepCloud Drive, Returns, Assets, and permission-gated PDF Intake workflows.
- Receive configured Mail and order notifications with workspace and role controls.

RepCloud is intended for existing RepCloud workspace users. Available information and actions follow the user’s current organization, role, record scope, and administrator-controlled capabilities. Business-card images are processed on the iPhone and are not uploaded or retained by RepCloud.
