RepCue is a focused interval timer for HIIT, Tabata, strength training, stretching, circuits, and custom workout routines.

Build the timer you need without fighting the app.

RepCue is built for everyday training: fast to open, simple to edit, and calm enough to use again tomorrow. Use it for home workouts, gym circuits, bodyweight training, dumbbell sessions, boxing rounds, run/walk intervals, stretching, and short finishers.

Free includes 3 saved workouts, AI Quick Plan, manual workout creation, templates, line-by-line text import, timer cues, countdowns, notifications, and history.

RepCue Pro is available as monthly and yearly auto-renewing subscriptions. Pro unlocks unlimited saved workouts, CSV history export, workout data import/export, and future Pro template packs. Payment is charged to your Apple ID, subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and you can manage or cancel subscriptions in Apple ID settings.

No account is required for local workout timers. Your saved routines and history stay on your device unless you choose to export them.

Fixed an issue where time intervals could drop from 5 seconds to 1 second when adjusting workout steps.
Time adjustments now stay aligned to clean 5-second increments, such as 5, 10, 15, 20, and 30 seconds.
Minor reliability improvements for workout editing.

### 1.1.0 — 2026-06-19

AI Quick Plan is now easier to use.

Create workouts from voice or text, review the generated steps, then create them as-is or edit before saving. Longer rest intervals now include minute-by-minute voice cues, such as “2 minutes remaining” and “1 minute remaining.”

This update also improves workout creation and editing, refines review and feedback flows, and fixes several smaller issues.

Workout voice guidance has also been improved. Common counts, durations, and exercise names are now played using bundled audio files for more natural and reliable announcements.
