## What is RepDrop?

Move every hour. Finish your 30-day challenge. Build the habit.

RepDrop turns your phone into a personal movement coach - tracking reps toward a 30-day challenge and reminding you to stand up, stretch, and breathe between meetings.

Whether you're chasing 1500 push-ups this month or just need a reason to step away from your screen, RepDrop makes it simple to stay active at a desk job.

30-DAY CHALLENGES
Set a goal. Log reps. Finish strong.

Pick an exercise, set a rep target, then log progress throughout the day. Quick Log puts +10 / +20 / +50 on screen the moment you open the app, and difficulty is calculated automatically from your goal and pace, so your Easy/Medium/Hard rating always reflects the real effort.

- 16 exercise types with form tips, plus your own custom exercise (Pro; free is Push-Ups)
- Goals sized to the movement - 100 to 5,000 push-ups, or 50 to 1,500 pull-ups (Pro)
- 7, 14, 21, 30, 60 or 90-day challenge durations (Pro; free is 30 days)

KNOW WHERE YOU STAND
Every number, and what it means.

A daily chart across your whole challenge with an even-pace line - tap any bar for that day's exact count. Then the answers: how far ahead or behind pace you are, how many reps a day it takes to finish, what today needs, your consistency, your records and your projected finish date. In plain English, not left for you to work out.

ACTIVE DESK BREAKS
Stop sitting. Start moving. Feel human again.

Sitting for hours kills focus, tightens hips, and wrecks posture. RepDrop fires hourly reminders - or however often you like - with 22 curated desk break activities.

Movement: walk & stretch, staircase sprint, dance break
Strength: mini push-up set, desk dips, plank hold, shadow boxing
Stretch & mobility: desk yoga, full body stretch, wrist relief, hip flexor stretch
Mindfulness: box breathing, mind reset, progressive relaxation
Hydration & recovery: hydration break, snack & reset, fresh air

Set your active hours, toggle weekends off, and RepDrop handles the scheduling - then shows whether you're actually taking them.

HOME SCREEN WIDGETS
Your progress, at a glance.

Add a widget to track your live challenge progress right on your Home Screen - plus a daily dose of motivation, no need to open the app.

SHARE YOUR WINS
Crushed a challenge? Show it off.

Finish strong and share a clean victory card - your reps, streak, and stats - straight to Instagram, Messages, or anywhere else.

SMART REMINDERS
Three nudges. Zero nagging.

- Daily challenge nudge with your remaining reps and days left
- Hourly break alerts that respect your active hours and weekends
- Sunday recap of what you actually logged this week

Every reminder is fully configurable. Turn any of them on or off in Settings.

LIVE ACTIVITY
Start a desk break and the timer lives on your Dynamic Island and Lock Screen - activity, emoji and countdown at a glance.

SOMETHING TO READ
Short guides on building the habit and finishing a challenge. Articles open without leaving the app, and the list works offline.

## Version history (last 4 releases)

### 1.2.1 — 2026-08-26

Start a desk break and the timer now shows on your Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island, counting down while you move. It had been described here for a while before it worked. Now it does.

The day's first break reminder no longer goes missing or turns up hours late.

More of the app speaks Polish, both Home Screen widgets included, and your language now follows the one set in iOS Settings.

### 1.2.0 — 2026-08-16

The free version is now a whole app: a complete 30-day challenge, real numbers, and a Stats tab worth opening.

FREE, IN FULL
• Your 30-day challenge is free. Pick Starter, Standard or Beast — 750, 1500 or 3000 push-ups — finish it, and start another. No account, no card, no expiry.
• Setup ends on your challenge, not on a price.
• The numbers that used to be locked are free: reps remaining, days left, daily average, whether you're ahead or behind pace, and how many reps a day it takes to finish.

A REAL STATS TAB
• A daily chart across your whole challenge with an even-pace line — tap any bar for that day's exact count.
• A plain-English read on how you're doing, plus consistency, longest streak, biggest set and projected finish date.
• Break stats moved here too: breaks taken vs. what your settings ask for, longest stretch sitting, average break length, and the time of day you actually get up.
• Pro adds your patterns — training times, set sizes, the weekday you skip, a 12-week consistency grid, lifetime totals, and your previous challenge drawn behind the current one.

MORE WAYS TO BUILD A CHALLENGE
• 16 exercises, up from 12. Crunches, Leg Raises, Mountain Climbers, Russian Twists, Kettlebell Swings, Chin-Ups and Box Jumps join the list, each with form tips.
• Every exercise has its own goal range and step, so a 50-rep pull-up challenge is finally possible.
• Pro: name your own exercise, and choose 7, 14, 21, 30, 60 or 90 days.
• Running, Cycling and Plank have been retired. RepDrop counts reps, and adding kilometres and seconds to the same daily total made the charts wrong. If you had one running, it's kept in your history and a fresh push-ups challenge takes its place.

TODAY, REDESIGNED
• Quick Log sits above the chart, so +10 / +20 / +50 are on screen the moment you open the app.
• Your streak replaces the calendar week number.
• Today's card shows what today needs, not just what you've done — and the target adapts if you fall behind or get ahead.

SOMETHING TO READ
• A Reading list in the app: guides on building the habit and finishing a challenge. Articles open without leaving RepDrop and work offline.

NOW IN POLISH
• RepDrop follows your device language, or you can pick it yourself in Settings.

NOTIFICATIONS, REBUILT
• Break reminders keep coming. They used to stop after the first one until you next opened the app.
• Reminders stay inside your active hours — a break due at 18:50 waits for the morning.
• Your challenge countdown is accurate every day, and the weekly recap reports your actual week.
• No more doubled-up alerts when you finish a break with the timer open.

FIXES
• Every rep counts. Reps logged past your daily goal were being discarded.
• Days now start when your day starts, in your local time, so streaks don't break at the wrong hour.
• The weekly chart no longer shows bars left over from last week.
• Undo works after reopening the app.
• The launch screen shows RepDrop's logo instead of a placeholder.
