We feel terrible about all the plastic boxes we get that we end up throwing away. But now Repeater is letting us get takeout from one of our regular spots in reusable boxes. But the three times I’ve ordered from restaurants on you list, signed up for Repeater, given you my credit card, place a takeout order according to instructions…but each time I get regular old plastic takeout containers that every restaurant uses. I’ve never actually received my food in Repeater containers. This service doesn’t even work. **Developer response:** Hi there, we wanted to check in with you to see which restaurants you ordered from so that we can work with them to make sure they are using the app correctly. Please email us at info@eatrepeater.com and we will work to fix things! I assure you we are not a scam! We are just a two person company right now trying to make reusables work for restaurants. We are also frustrated that this happened to you so many times, but we hope to make it right.
