## What is Repetite?

Repetite is a gym log and calorie counter in one app – free, with no subscription and no ads. Check off your sets at the gym, log what you eat and see how your strength, weight and measurements change. Made in Germany.

Training
• Program library of ready-made plans, such as full body, push/pull/legs or 5×5
• Plan generator: choose your goal, equipment, days and minutes, and the app builds the plan, going easy on a sore knee or shoulder
• My plans: save several plans of your own and switch between them
• Free workouts without a plan, plus editing saved workouts and logging ones you missed
• 226 exercises with form tips and target muscles, including timed, assisted and cardio exercises
• Your gyms with the weights they actually have, such as dumbbells up to 12.5 kg. The app suggests a matching weight set by set.
• Double progression: first more reps, then the app suggests adding weight
• Deload weeks, vacation mode and “Short on time?” for shorter workouts
• Set types like warm-up or drop sets, and RIR
• Rest timer with notification, warm-up set and plate calculators
• Exercise swaps when a machine is taken
• Notes and equipment settings for every exercise, such as seat height

Progress
• History with calendar, charts, estimated 1RM curves, personal records and volume per muscle group
• Strength standards, recovery per muscle on a body map, weekly streak, achievements and levels
• A weekly report every Monday, plus your year in review
• Share your workout as an image

Nutrition
• Log fast: “+” opens search right away, with “Recently eaten”, barcode and photo
• Log a meal from a photo or a single sentence: the AI estimates calories and macros, asks when something is unclear and checks against the German food composition database (BLS). Results are marked as estimates, and for photos you adjust the serving with a tap.
• Barcode scanner with Nutri-Score and NOVA. The app remembers scanned barcodes, and basic foods can be found offline too.
• Amount by macros, e.g. for 30 g of protein
• Recipes (also from a link), meal templates, copy a whole day, water tracker
• Fiber, sugar, salt and saturated fat as daily totals
• Today’s target: your base plus activity as one number. “How your target is built” explains the math.
• Weekly check-in: the app estimates your actual calorie burn from your weight trend and food logs and suggests a new base, automatically if you like. Otherwise your base stays until you change it.

Body
• Weight with trend line
• Body measurements and progress photos
• Body fat estimate

AI coach
• A chat that knows your plan, recent workouts, food and weight trend
• Answers in your language and is not medical advice

Groups with friends
• Create a group or join one with a code
• A feed of your group’s workouts with kudos and comments, plus a monthly challenge
• Only workouts are shared, never food or body data. You can report posts and block people.

iPhone and Apple Watch
• Apple Watch app: start a workout, check off sets, rest timer, live heart rate and kcal, water – even without your iPhone nearby; the watch syncs later
• Widgets for the Home Screen, Lock Screen and StandBy
• Rest timer as a Live Activity in the Dynamic Island
• Log water from Control Center or with Siri
• Apple Health: reads active calories, steps, weight, heart rate and sleep, and saves workouts and weight

Also
• Quick start: Sign in with Apple and a setup with 5 questions
• Works offline and syncs when you’re back online
• Export your data as CSV
• 12 languages, including Greek, Arabic and Persian
• Use the same account on the website

Repetite does not give medical advice.

### 1.2.1 — 2026-10-21

• Small improvements and bug fixes

### 1.2.0 — 2026-10-21

New in Repetite 1.2:
• Log food faster: “+” opens search right away, with “Recently eaten”, barcode, photo and “Describe”: just type or dictate what you ate and the AI does the math
• Free workouts without a plan. You can now edit saved workouts and log ones you missed. “Start workout” on Today opens your workout directly
• A calorie target that makes sense: “Today’s target” is one number, and “How your target is built” explains it. Your base only changes at your check-in or when you set it yourself
• Apple Watch: train even without your iPhone nearby – your watch syncs later
• Groups for everyone: create a group or join one with a code. You can report posts and block people at any time
• Basic foods can be found offline too, and the app remembers scanned barcodes. AI results are marked as estimates, with serving buttons for photos
• Quick start: Sign in with Apple and a setup with just 5 questions
• Tidier: Today, History, Body and Food show fewer cards, and less-used stats are under “More stats”. The daily overview on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island is now off by default (turn it on under Account › Widgets)
• Food photos: add a note about what’s on the plate – the AI estimates more accurately
• The Dynamic Island shows your next set and “Go!” when your rest is over, and the watch shows the running recording. Calories for strength training and with Apple Watch are now calculated more realistically
