Can you have it autostart the countdown timer once it detects the form ready instead of having to push the ready button? It is annoying going back a few steps get in form then having to reach the phone again to push the ready button and get back into form.

Отличное приложение. Радует, что можно без доната начать свой путь к здоровому телу.

Не хватает упражнений для пресса. Было б идеально: отжиматься- приседать - качать пресс
