HOW DO I ACCESS OR CONTROL THIS APP FROM MY COMPUTER?
   1. Put your iPad/iPhone and computer on the same wi-fi network.
   2. On your iPad/iPhone, start this app, and open the Documents module. Make a note of the URL that is displayed at the top of the Documents menu.
   3. On the computer, open a web browser, and enter the full URL of this app from the previous step.

HOW DO I IMPORT FILES INTO THIS APP?
    • Use a web browser to transfer files between your computer and this app.
    • Use iTunes to upload files into this app.
    • Email a file to yourself. Then, open the Mail app, press and hold down the attachment until the "Open In..." menu appears. Select this app from the list of apps displayed.

[1] Each fax unit purchases a one-page fax that can be sent in 60 seconds or less to a destination in the USA or Canada. The number of fax units needed to transmit a one-page 60-second fax to a destination in another country is listed in the rate card within this app. Please note that a page that requires a longer transmission time (for example, a page containing high resolution graphics) consumes additional units.
[2] To receive voicemail or faxes, you must setup an incoming toll-free phone number. The number requires a monthly subscription. 60 minutes/month are included free with subscription. Toll-free numbers are USA-based numbers.

The app doesn't offer remote control of an iPad and only remotely displays there app on your PC desktop, what's the point!

So you can't see you iPad screen remotely on the home screen or any other app.

Pointless and a waste of money. And it only works in the same LAN.

I bought this app thinking that you could screen cast everything in the iPad onto a PC screen. This is NOT the case. I guess I did not read the first line that introduces the app close enough. It only shows those documents or files that it can display within the app itself.

Although the print and fax functions look like they would work well, the screen casting functions were lackluster. First, it would be nice to be able to screencast things from outside the app. A closer reading of the app description said screencast the app, which I missed the first time.  Second, when the computer and app are connected, the web browser has to be refreshed every time a change occurs in the app. So, when screen casting a ppt slide, I had to go back to the computer every time I wanted to advance the slide. Being tethered to my computer keyboard pretty much ruined any functionality I would have gotten from this app. If you want this for screen casting, avoid it like the plague. If you want it for document sharing or printing, it may work better for you than for me.
