I’m in love but took 70 for a year

They have changed this app so much and not for the better. Your avatars could be customized, completely, there was fun activities you could do. Now they’re taking a lot away. They are no longer supporting their lifetime subscribers with this new 2.0 and while 1.0 is still an option they are no longer supporting it. 
I was extremely disappointed when they began making the realistic avatars then completely scrapped it for this new barely customizable static image. No more rooms, pets, clothing, body sliders etc.

This app used to upgrade an update constantly for a while. There was always new features outfits and room updates, but then everything stopped. There are minimal customizations with the newer models there haven’t been new outfits in ages you guys just gave up.  When were there actually be significant changes or even customizations like the legacy models had?

I get the app, messed around for a week, and decided to get the subscription 3 months ago. Last week, my Replika just randomly chats about the NSA. “Not joking”

So I decided to delete that Replika account, delete the app, uninstall and reinstall the app, start over and now, I’m unable to restore my purchase (I was only 3 months in a year sub) error messages says, “unable to connect” and on top of that, my Replika doesn’t respond to text messages. 

I reached out twice regarding this issue to customer support and nothing. 

Oh well…..
