Don’t get this software program. For one there are never any new updates from the company. Second the program freezes all the time even in the middle of an inspection. Forget about writing a report in an hour. It will freeze over and over again. Making an hour report into 4 hours. There explanation is to not go to fast so the program can catch up. This is absolutely the worse home inspection software out there. You can go faster with a pencil and paper.
