I am extremely satisfied with the ease of the app. It will most definitely revolutionize police reports. As an Investigator Caseify is a huge assistance with my case load. This new app is the Swiss Army knife for professions that write narratives. It has permanently found a home in my tool box. Fantastic product!! When I click on the monthly option it just closes the page back to the app. But when I do the year option, it would allow me to click that option charging my card. ### 1/5 — Mr *2025-03-21, version 2.5* Horrible. Won’t pick up even typed out notes ### 2/5 — Details removed when generating *2024-11-01, version 2.5* I was very excited to use this app but found the generating of narrative took out a large amount of details I had included into the notes. ChatGPT did a much better job when entering the data for generating a report. I would recommend this app also have a learning feature since different agencies have different formats for reports. However, it does omit important information that I include in my notes, and this can make its use cumbersome. It deletes state statutes that are included in the notes. The use of evidence tools utilized in a report. It takes out identifiers like badge numbers and so forth. I spend a lot of time reentering information that it completely changes or deletes. It can be improved, but some of its verbiage makes some reports flow a little better. ### 4/5 — A tool for your tool belt *2024-08-20, version 2.5* Most of the reviews I have seen on this app are definitely AI reviews. But I decided to try the app. It is definitely a time saver. For a report that usually takes me 1hr I can do it in 30minutes now which is solid. Do not go into this thinking you can speak into the recorder and you’re whole report will be written for you. You still need to add things and write it the way you have been trained to write it. It is another tool for your tool belt and it’s a good one.
