Reportalo es la app oficial del Distrito Nacional para que los ciudadanos reporten problemas urbanos de forma rápida y sencilla.

¿Ves un bache peligroso? ¿Una calle sin luz? ¿Acumulación de basura? Con Reportalo lo reportas en segundos y el gobierno actúa.

CÓMO FUNCIONA

1. Elige la categoría del problema — Bacheo, Basura, Inundaciones, Iluminación, Mal Estacionamiento, Agua y Tubería, Poda de Árboles, Aceras o Espacio Público.

2. Ubica el problema — La app detecta tu ubicación automáticamente o ajusta el pin en el mapa manualmente.

3. Documenta con fotos — Adjunta hasta 5 imágenes del problema para que el equipo tenga contexto claro.

4. Envía tu reporte — Tu reporte llega al departamento responsable de inmediato.

5. Sigue el estado — Monitorea el progreso en tiempo real: Reportado → Asignado → En Proceso → Resuelto.
