I used this app to see who vieweed my profile, but it was not working for all usernames before. now I tried again and in this new version, it works for all public instagram accounts. Good thing is you can try for free for 3 users daily, so you can be sure it is working before paying etc. I think the list is updated daily or every couple hours, not sure but is enough for me.
