According to another review i read, a samsung phone got into a persons instagram account and happened to be in the same city as the user lived in. This same thing happened to me and i thought it was weird but now that it happened to another person i’m starting to think about if this app is truly reliable. Of course it’s best to listen to the warnings others are giving and majority of them have said they have been locked out of their instagram account either temporarily or permanently due to using this app. Other people are stating that the app can log in and use your information and password to get into the account. To be honest, i would not download this app again until it’s proven trustworthy unless you want the risk having your account disabled or hacked. ### 3/5 — Doesn’t show you who’s been snooping on your page *2021-02-25, version 7.0* So the app is good for influencers who are trying to figure out their overall reach and develop and effective growth strategy. However the pro feature that enable you to see your “admirers” is only limited to who follows and likes your stuff. The app before this one used to show you who was actually just viewing your page regularly aka “stalking” your page. Instagram also is able to detect that you’re using this app which is not allowed by them. On the second day I used it, I got a notification from Instagram that my account has been compromised and I needed to change my password. The next day I got a notification that they knew I had been using an app to track followers and that is against their policy and so they placed my account on probation for a week! Horrible. Do not get this app and save yourself headache! Search this app on the internet and read the the articles that I read after this whole thing happened. **Developer response:** We take security of user's accounts very seriously and can confirm that your allegations are completely inaccurate. While we appreciate your concern, we've purposely designed our app in a way that avoids receiving or storing any user's account information directly on our end. Furthermore, there aren't any negative articles out on the internet about our app as you claim. DO NOT DOWNLOAD *2022-11-26, version 7.0* this app is totally fake. its has you login with your user and password, then tells you absolutely nothing other then what you can already see on instagram yourself. heres the real kicker, it hacks your account, and changes the password. luckily i was alerted quick enough that someone with a samsung from california had logged in, immediately after i logged into this app. so i recovered my account thank god. but please please do not waste your time and risk compromising your information. ### 1/5 — SO MAD *2021-04-15* IT LITERALLY BANNED ME FROM INSTAGRAM AND SOMEONE LOGGED INTO MY ACCOUNT ### 1/5 — Don’t download. Steals information *2021-02-21, version 6.9* 1 star. 0 really. To get full use of the app you must pay a subscription, and even then the amount of things you have access to aren’t much different from just opening up Instagram yourself and looking things up. That was my initial disappointment. That and the fact that this app was phishing my information. I’ve had my Instagram account for nearly 8 years. No problems at all in those 8 years. I just downloaded this app barely a day ago and within hours I get a notice that my account has been compromised by an app connected to my account. The only app connected to it was this one. Upon further reviewing the email with this information a Samsung user was on my account when I use an iPhone. So this app is a scam, positive reviews are a lie, and the developer who is answering people by denying their claims is clearly guilty and gaslighting their phishing victims. There are tons of more apps like this one that are actually designed to help. Please read past the featured 5 star review for the truth or else you be a victim too! ### 1/5 — Very bad service and misleading *2021-01-01* It’s completely misleading and useless app. The only reason why I downloaded you app was to keep an eye on my secret admire. It doesn’t give accurate information at all because I had been keep an eye on my account from another accounts and it didn’t acknowledged at all not even that I changed my DP since past 3 days and the app still hasn’t updated and showing an old one. I have so much to complain and say it’s just a trap for people to rip them off I would like to have a refund please. I do not recommend no one to use the service. ### 1/5 — Will send you to Instagram jail *2020-11-16, version 6.8* I have never written a review before about an app. However, I feel I need to warn everyone thinking of getting this app. I’ve used this app for over a year and it’s worked perfectly- until one day my Instagram account was suspended!!! I was unable to post, like, comment, or view my profile. I contacted IG because it had to be a mistake. They replied that I am using a third party app to track followers and that is against their guidelines. They told me I can have my profile completely shut down and banned if I’m caught again using it. I honestly had no idea. So tired of these companies that make apps then completely leave you hanging when there’s an issue. ### 1/5 — Scam *2020-09-19, version 6.7* A lot of these views are either people are paid to give good reviews or people that are working with them I downloaded this app and Instagram told me that my account was being compromised also therefore they had me change my password and log out of the app that I was on this app is a scam do not I repeat do not listen to developers when they say that it is in accurate because it is very accurate this app is a scam if you have any personal information stored in your Instagram whether it is credit card numbers make account numbers or anything personal I recommend overall just don’t use this app because it is a scam and they will take over your account ### 1/5 — Not happy *2020-08-24, version 6.6* I downloaded this app and, even though I cancelled it before my trial period was up, I was still billed for a year subscription. Every time I open the app, the only data it provides is the number of followers I have and the number of accounts that I follow, which I could already see directly on my instagram account. All the other data fields are stuck in a continuous state of “analyzing”, never returning any results or numbers. Also, the app keeps closing down on me every time I open it. I have verified that my iphone has the most recent Apple update to ensure it wasnt a problem on my end.
