So easy for an non-Gen Zer *2023-05-19* I’m in my 40s and recently took a job as a social media marketer for a company. Having not been born with a smart phone in my hand like all these Gen Zers, I was feeling a bit inadequate for the job. But I’m learning as I go and being able to repost other social media contact helps build my following, does something to the algorithms that track all our online movements, and gives me a small break from trying to create original content.
