## What is RepPlanr?

RepPlanr is a workout logger that reads what you have logged and tells you what to change.

No account needed to start — a private profile is created on your device, and the whole app works offline. Sync catches up later.

LOGGING THAT STAYS OUT OF THE WAY
• Two taps a set, with placeholders from your previous session
• The rest timer starts when you check off a set
• Adjust or skip rest, and log your next set, from the Lock Screen or Dynamic Island (iOS 17 or later)
• Every exercise in the library has a looping demonstration, with the working muscle highlighted
• Add an exercise mid-workout, skip a set, keep moving
• Build your own programs and routines, or start from a ready-made split

EVERY CHART, FREE FOREVER
• Strength as estimated 1RM, trending per exercise
• Volume, with the percentage change against the prior period
• Personal records, tracked automatically
• A heatmap of every day you trained, and planned versus completed each week
• Muscle coverage: a body map and per-muscle weekly set counts, so you can see where your volume actually goes

REPPLANR PRO
Free covers logging and every chart. Pro is the layer that reads your training and acts on it.
• Ask anything about your training history in plain language, answered from your own logged data — and told plainly when the data cannot support an answer
• Progression suggestions that arrive on the lift, mid-session, yours to accept or dismiss
• A weekly report explaining what changed and what you did about it
• Muscle coverage analysis that shows which muscles get the least direct work, and what to add on most programs
• An AI read of every finished workout
• Advanced set types: drop sets and myoreps

YOUR DATA IS YOURS
• Export everything you have logged as CSV or JSON, at any time, no account required
• Apple Health is optional and never required. RepPlanr writes your completed workouts and reads your body weight to size bodyweight-exercise volume. That is all — no heart rate, no step count, and nothing from other apps.

SUBSCRIPTION
RepPlanr Pro is an auto-renewing subscription, monthly or yearly, with a 1-week free trial for new subscribers. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it in your App Store settings.

Thorough and does a good job keeping me on track, and I like that it also considers people doing body weight exercises (not just with equipment)

Really helps to guide and remind on workouts. Super easy to use and drives practical results.

## Version history (last 4 releases)

### 1.2.0 — 2026-09-15

SUPERSETS, DONE PROPERLY
• A superset is one unit now: set its rounds and one rest, and every exercise in it gains or loses a round together.
• Mid-workout it's a single card in the order you lift: A1, A2, rest, repeat. Swipe a round to delete it from every exercise.
• Every round starts from the first exercise, and logging from the Lock Screen rests after the round, not between exercises.
• Time estimates for workouts with supersets are shorter and closer to the truth.

BUILT FOR LIFTERS OUTSIDE THE US
• New profiles start in kilograms unless your phone uses US measurements.
• Dates follow your phone's region, so a UK phone shows the day first.
• A weight typed with a comma, like 82,5, now saves. It was being logged with no weight at all.

SMOOTHER WORKOUTS
• Adding exercises mid-workout queues them at the end, so you stay on the one you're doing.
• Myoreps start the rest timer, like every other set.
• No reminder on a day you've already trained, even if you reopen the app or finish after midnight.

### 1.1.1 — 2026-09-11

SEE HOW EVERY EXERCISE IS DONE
• All 160 exercises now have a looping animation, with the muscle you're working highlighted.
• Tap an exercise's name during a workout to check the movement without leaving your session.
• Instructions have their own tab now, shown in full instead of cut off after two lines.
• Eight exercises added: assisted pull-up and assisted triceps dip, wide-grip, ring and L-sit pull-ups, the Zercher squat, the Zottman curl and the inverted row.

CONTROL REST FROM YOUR LOCK SCREEN
Add 30 seconds, take 30 off, or skip — from the Lock Screen or the Dynamic Island, without unlocking your phone. You can log the set from there too. Requires iOS 17 or later.

YOUR WHOLE WORKOUT ON THE HOME CARD
Today's workout lists up to six exercises instead of three, and longer ones expand.

REMINDERS THAT MATCH YOUR TRAINING DAYS
Your reminder now follows the days per week you set, so three days means Mon, Wed, Fri instead of a nudge every evening. Finish early and that day's reminder is dropped. Change your days in Profile → Training profile.

DATES IN HISTORY
Every workout shows its date, so you can find Friday's session without opening it.

BANDS ARE EASIER TO FIND
Ready-made programs group resistance-band routines under their own heading.

ASK
Report any answer that looks wrong. Follow-up questions no longer appear twice, and recent threads are listed by the question that started them.

GET IN TOUCH
Profile → Contact support takes feedback, bugs and requests. No account needed, and your email is optional — it just gives me a way to reply. Profile → Leave a review opens the review sheet directly.

ALSO FIXED
• The number pad no longer covers the body weight field during setup.
• Moving to the next exercise selects its first set again.
• Workout summaries show your full volume instead of cutting it off.
• Confirmations now match the app, and on the risky ones the safe choice is the easy one to hit.
• Myorep mini-sets are selected the moment you add them, steppers ready, no keyboard in the way.

### 1.1.0 — 2026-09-06

YOUR WHOLE WORKOUT ON THE HOME CARD
Today's workout now lists up to six exercises instead of three, with an option to expand longer workouts.

THE REST TIMER ON YOUR LOCK SCREEN
−30, +30 and Skip are now buttons on the Lock Screen banner and in the Dynamic Island, with a checkbox that logs the current set. Adjust rest without unlocking your phone. Requires iOS 17 or later; on iOS 16 the banner still shows the countdown and opens the app when tapped.

CONTACT SUPPORT, AND A WAY TO LEAVE A REVIEW
Profile → Contact support takes general feedback, bug reports and feature requests. No account needed, and leaving your email is optional. Providing your email just gives me a way to reply to you.
Profile → Leave a review opens the App Store review sheet directly.

A REMINDER THAT MATCHES HOW YOU TRAIN
The workout reminder now follows your training days. Without a program it fired every day at 6:30 PM; it now uses the days per week you set during setup, so three days means Mon, Wed, Fri. Change them in Profile → Training profile and the reminder follows. Finish a workout before your reminder time and that day's nudge is dropped — it comes back for the next one. Notifications settings names the actual days instead of saying "Daily."

SMALLER FIXES
The new-record banner fits on one line now. The swap panel sizes to its own contents, so "Search all exercises" no longer wraps onto two lines.
