## What is REPPP?

Only the features I actually needed while training.
Sets, weight, reps, and per-machine logs — record them the way that fits you.

[ Log it fast ]
One tap completes a set, and the rest timer starts on its own. You still get a notification and a buzz when time is up, even with the app closed or the screen off.

[ Routines are optional ]
Start free-form, or just pick the exercises you're doing today. If you often repeat the same set-up, save it as a routine with weight, reps, and rest times pre-filled.

[ Apple Watch, in sync ]
Phone and Watch stay connected in real time. Check a set on either one and both update; adjust or skip rest and both follow. Your wrist buzzes when rest ends.

[ Weight per machine ]
The same exercise weighs differently on a different brand of machine. Track each brand separately.

[ Look back ]
Browse past sessions on a calendar and fill in days you missed. See volume and balance by body part, plus a body map of which muscles are still recovering.

[ Body composition ]
Track weight, skeletal muscle mass, and body fat over time. Weight and body fat can be imported from Apple Health.

[ Your data is yours ]
Everything is kept in your own account's cloud and restores when you change devices or reinstall. Export it all as text or CSV anytime.
