## What is Representative Payee Ledger?

Representative Payee Ledger is the ledger for people who manage someone else's money: Social Security representative payees, SSI payees, and court-appointed guardians.

Record each benefit deposit and every dollar you spend, attach the receipts, and when report time comes, the figures are ready.

SSA-623 WORKSHEET
• Walks through each question on the Representative Payee Report
• Benefits received, Total Accountable Amount, and what was spent on food and housing, other things, and saved, in whole dollars as the form asks
• Flags answers that cover less than 90% of the accountable amount, before SSA does
• Lists where saved money is kept and how each account is titled
• Copy the figures onto the paper form or enter them online

COURT ACCOUNTING FOR GUARDIANS (PRO)
• Annual accounting PDF modeled on the Nevada Supreme Court guardianship accounting form
• Court caption, account summary, assets at the beginning and end of the period, income, and itemized expenses with payee, check number, and account
• Verification and signature block
• Optional appendix of receipts over $250, or every receipt
• Shows when the next accounting is due

A LEDGER BUILT FOR PAYEES
• One tap to record this month's benefit
• Expenses sorted into the categories SSA and courts ask about
• Scan paper receipts with the camera or add them from Photos
• Checking, savings, cash, ABLE, and investment accounts, with transfers between them
• Other property too: a home, vehicle, burial fund
• Search by payee, memo, or amount
• CSV export for your attorney, CPA, or spreadsheet (Pro)

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Your records stay on your device. Turn on optional iCloud sync to keep them on your iPhone and iPad; they sync through your own private iCloud, which we can't see. No account to create, no bank login, no ads, no tracking. Lock the app with Face ID or your passcode.

FREE VS PRO
Free: one beneficiary, the full ledger with receipts, and the SSA-623 worksheet.
Pro: unlimited beneficiaries, the court accounting PDF, and CSV export. Pro is available as a yearly subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase.

Payee Ledger is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Social Security Administration or any court, and it does not provide legal or financial advice. Review every report before you file it.
