This is exactly what I needed to get me on my feet more regularly and also be mindful of how much time I am spending on my phone.  And the best part: I am getting quick workouts that are known to be the most effective.

Love how this app prioritizes mindfulness over mindlessness. The motivation to do something physical before using your phone is so beneficial. A great way to get in some daily exercise! Love it!
